- Payment terms will be agreed upon between the brand and the retail partner. Orders may require full payment or a deposit before production or shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and order size. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within a specified number of days after delivery.
- All products are subject to availability. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we will inform the buyer and offer an alternative or refund.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
